Honeycomb Container Technology Secures Investment from Global Maritime Leader as Production Launches in Shenzhen
Toronto, Canada / Shenzhen, China – Nexum Company announces that its portfolio company BLOOH Solution Ltd. has concluded a strategic agreement with A.P. Moller – Maersk and China International Marine Containers (CIMC). The partnership establishes industrial-scale production of BLOOH Solution’s honeycomb container technology at CIMC’s manufacturing facility in Shenzhen, China.
The cooperation aims to enhance efficiency and sustainability in global freight transportation while introducing new standards in container logistics.
BLOOH Solution Ltd. is in advanced negotiations with A.P. Moller – Maersk regarding a strategic investment framework. Under the terms being discussed, A.P. Moller – Maersk would acquire a 25.1% blocking minority stake (100,400,000 of 400,000,000 shares outstanding), providing influence over key corporate decisions.
The proceeds from this transaction amount to USD 602.4 million and are intended to finance production expansion at the Shenzhen facility and prepare for BLOOH Solution’s planned initial public offering.

Moller – Maersk provides market access, logistics expertise, and commercial validation through its planned equity investment and shipping network. China International Marine Containers delivers manufacturing infrastructure and production capabilities at its Shenzhen facility.
Shenzhen Manufacturing Hub and Production Strategy
The Shenzhen manufacturing facility serves as a cornerstone of BLOOH Solution’s industrial scaling strategy. Located in one of China’s industrial zones with access to shipping routes, the facility features production lines optimized for honeycomb container manufacturing with initial capacity of approximately 500,000 TEU annually.
The facility will function as BLOOH Solution’s manufacturing hub for Asian markets while establishing production protocols for potential replication in other regions.
Capital Deployment Supporting Growth and IPO Preparation
The USD 602.4 million proceeds will support BLOOH Solution’s growth objectives. Funds are intended for production expansion, including manufacturing capacity and infrastructure at the Shenzhen facility. Resources will support technology development to optimize container performance and expand applications. Capital will strengthen working capital for operational scale and market expansion, support IPO preparation including regulatory compliance and maintain flexibility for investments and partnership development.
